iEARN 14th Annual International Conference

The iEARN international conference is a unique global opportunity that is attended by approximately 1,000 participants from over 70 countries each year. This year's conference will take place in Cairo, Egypt, the heart of the world of all times and civilizations. The conference is a good chance to explore a thrilling country with high rates of performance indicators towards its developmental plans and technological objectives, discover Egypt. During the conference, there will be daily assembly meetings, workshops, plenary sessions, international nights, fun activities, Model of UN and much more. There will be also visits to: old Cairo, Cairo downtown, Alexandria, Fayoum, El-Sokhna, and Helwan.
    
The global dialogue will be held at the Mubarak City for Education and Technology, which has a number of great facilities (e.g. computer labs with high speed connectivity, halls with all sizes, science labs, theatre with a capacity of 1,600 people, two restaurants with a capacity of 600 each, hotel with a capacity of 1,000, basketball, soccer and volleyball courts, and a huge transportation system, in Sixth of October City in Cairo.

i) Housing

Option 1: Mubarak City for Technology and Education                           

The Mubarak City rates are per person for the duration of 6 nights and 7 days

Option 2: Hilton Pyramids Golf Resort

Room   (Max. of Double)

The hotel rates are per room per night based on bed and buffet breakfast all inclusive of service charges and all the applicable taxes.

ii) Meals

               
Fees do not include expenses for the Gala dinner.

IV) Two-day assembly meeting

Cost of the two-day assembly meeting including accommodation, full board meals, coffee breaks, conference room, connectivity, equipment, and airport pick up. The accommodation will be at the Flamenco Hotel in Zamalek, Cairo.

• All discounts or addition will be on the conference registration ONLY and not on housing or accommodation or meals.
• Addition costs e.g. medical insurance, etc. are NOT included
• Full day excursions and daily optional tours are NOT included
• If alumni will be interested to participate, their rates will be the same as students IF they are younger than 21 years old.
